Only need Gaya?
Many families do pind daan at Gaya alone, and most traditions hold that it is enough. We can cost a two-day trip from Varanasi: the drive, a night in Gaya so you are at the Falgu for the 05:30 window, and the pandit booked. His dakshina stays between you and him.
Ask for the Gaya-only cost on WhatsAppPind daan is performed at Kashi, at the Falgu in Gaya and at the Sangam in Prayagraj. The rituals have fixed windows, usually morning, and the whole itinerary is built backwards from them rather than around sightseeing.
